Completed VILT course still showing In Progress
I completed a VILT online course, but the status still shows in progress. Is there a way to check whether I missed any content, or a way to set the status Completed? Thank you :)

Had something similar happen after finishing a training session where the system still showed it as “in progress.” Usually it’s just a sync delay between the webinar platform and the learning portal. Logging out and back in or waiting a few hours sometimes fixes it. If not, support normally has to manually update the completion status.
