unexpected storagescope error

Exception: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
Message : null
Stack Trace:
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

I get this error when I launch queries in SScope . What does this mean..any inputs on getting this fixed is appreciated.

What is HF4230? How do get it?

This should be available for download through Powerlink as well (as long as you are a registered user of ECC).

HF4230 is not available to download from Powerlink. The reason for this is that a customer's symptoms need to be checked by EMC Customer Support before we officially deliver it. The patch may not be applicable for every customer.

I suggest opening a Service Request with EMC Customer Support and let them formally investigate the issue.
