unable to discover Solaris 10 Sparc hosts (ECC 5.2)
We have upgraded a couple of Sparc servers to Solaris 10 which were 'monitored' successfully whilst on Solaris 9
These would not re-discover and update so I deleted them completely and expected them to re-appear when the Master Agent was restarted (actually it was a reboot)
I've tried installing the master agent on another sparc Solaris 10 and got the same result
Went back to Solaris 9 and ECC picked it up
I cant find anything which says Solaris 10 is not supported
We are ECC 5.2.0.5.10 and MSR 520

When going from Solaris 9 to Solaris 10 on the hosts in question, was this an in-place upgrade. ie. Solaris 10 installed onto the Solaris 9 OS?
Further more 5.2SP5 Support Matrix indicates that Host Agent for Solaris on Solaris 10 has the following reference;
Host Agent and Master Agent are supported running on the Solaris 10 Global Zone, they are not supported running within Solaris 10 Containers.
So both host's are Solaris 10 Global Zone after the upgrade?
