UIM/P 3.1 Bugs?

Deploying UIMP 3.1 for a vblock. Seeing issues with validation where it states:

1. NTP server not set on switch - set and tested on switch

2. All admin up interfaces must be configured as access or trunk - all admin up interfaces are admin or trunk

3. Must enable jumbo frames for all port channels connected to the data movers - no where to set this

These were not issues with UIM 3.0. Anyone seeing this? I feel like Im always the first one to deploy UIM and find the bugs.
