Suppress Clarrion PPS testing alerts.

Every Sunday Control Center sends out a bunch of alerts about my Clariion PPS state changes. I understand that this is just a weekly testing the Clariion does on the power supplies. Can I suppress the alerts generated from the testing but still allow ture PPS alert state changes to go out?

Right click on the call home template and select properties.
Press the "advanced" button.
Expand "Error" and then "Alerts".
Uncheck events 0x7402, 0x7409 and 0x740A.

But be aware: please check this with your CE first or if you aren't sure how to do this, call him and have him do it for you.

I'm guessing that you mean SPS, not PPS ? SPS stands for Standby Power Supply.

I'm not sure if there's a setting in ECC to prevent this, but you can have a look in Navisphere in the monitor tab (the 3rd tab). Right click on the template you're using and edit it. Go to .... uhm..... I'll look it up for you. Hang on.

I don't see exactly what you are describing. In the template properties I expand error and see "Basic Array Features". I see a buch of events under here but not the ones you reference below. Does the version of Flare Code change what I would see here?

You need to do this in engineering mode, so if you're not able to do it, call your CE to do it for you.
