Store Service is GONE?!?!

An alert came up on my ECC console, noting that the store agent was inactive..

Ok no problem, TS to the ECC storage server and check it out.

Low and behold, there is no EMC Store service there anymore?!?!

I have no clue when this happened or why, but my main issue is how to reinstall the service and retain the information. I am sure there is a service add that i can do, just need the syntax
