Stopped collecting data for a Clariion CX700
Hi,
We are having 5 Clariions in our environment.Out of that only 4 are showing in Performance Manager. We are having two CX700's,out of that one CX700 is not showing up in performance manager.
Can anybody please let me know how to resolve this issue.
Thanks,
Bannu.

1) Is the Statistics Collection checkbox for the array enabled in Navisphere Manager?
Enable statistics collection to allow viewing of performance data for CLARiiON arrays. In Navisphere, right-click CLARiiON Storage, then click General, then select the checkbox under Configuration to enable statistics collection. If you do not manually turn statistics collection ON, performance data will not be collected, and the following message will appear in the agent log:
Statistics logging is not enabled on SPA on the array .
2) Is the array included in the Storage Agent for Clariion > WLA Daily DCP?

I saw that Statistics Logging is unchecked under configuration.I manually checked the Statistics Logging now.How it got disabled(collecting data before 10days) all of a sudden. Is there any reason for that?
I will get the Performance Statistics for this CX700 in the Performance Manager now right?
Thankyou very much for your help!

Bannu.

Do I need to restart the WLA agent? why because I did not see the wla interval collections under wla folder on theWLA agent host for that Clariion.
Can you please let me know.
Thanks,

Somebody must have manually unchecked the statistics collection box. Otherwise, something on the array itself (possibly a script) may have automatically unchecked it.
If the issue persists, open a SR with Clariion Support.

No, you should not need to restart the WLA Archiver agent. The Clariion Agent (MGL) logs need to be looked at if WLA data is still not being collected even after enabling statistics collection on the array.
