Splitting off a domain in SMARTS to a new server
I am attempting to move an IP Availability Manager and it's associated domain from SERVER-A to the new SERVER-B,
I have performed an installation of the IP Availability and Performance Manager (INCHARGE-AM-PM) software on SERVER-B.
We would then conduct discovery and polling testing on SERVER-B until we are satisfied that it works correctly.
Then we would attempt a cutover of this domain (seedfiles and other configuration ) from SERVER-A to SERVER-B .
I'm worried that once the manager INCHARGE-AM-PM manager starts up on the new host SERVER-B , some of the configuration may not synchronized in the whole SMARTS Architecture (INCHARGE-SA, INCHARGE-TA, INCHARGE-OI, INCHARGE-TE-, .etc).
Can this synchronization be enabled through configuration alone, or are there other synchronization tasks necessary to ensure that the manager INCHARGE-AM-PM is working correctly on the new host SERVER-B as normal, and still interacts and interoperates with the SMARTS architecture on SERVER-A ?
