Service Levels in Storage Scope - Custom Drive Sizes?
We were told we could use service levels in SS to give us the drive counts by size so we could compare the numbers with our maintenance renewal. The problem is we have 300GB and 450GB drives that will fall into the 200-500 range. Is there a way to modify the ranges? Or is there a report to gives the physical inventory on our Symms and Clariions?

You can't modify the ranges (yet - that's an enhancement we're considering for UB9). But if you have FAST licensed on your VMAXs, you can create SymmTiers for the disk groups that have each disk size, then import these into your STS Service Level definitions. Note that this won't work for older DMX's or Clariions.
For an inventory of the disks in your arrays, use the "5.2 Array - Disks" report in Query Builder.
