Question on Alerts

Hi Seamus,

My error is :

Reliable distribution of data for Collection 'WLA Daily 00' failed for Host=XXXXXX sendToComponent() failed with a return code of 1.

But the Primus emc109169 is saying as return code of 8.

If they are same,for example Iam getting this error on a Linux host.

I need to follow these steps(just to make sure):

1.Stop the host agent on that Linux host(how to kill egnagent for that particular host,will it effect anything).
2.Do I need to delete the whole DISKQUEUE folder?
3.Stop the WLA agent(how to kill the enwagent.exe process on the WLA)
4.I did not find any LastSession.dat


Can you please let me know the right steps.

Hi bannu,

I recommend opening a SR for the issue as a Support Engineer may need to check your environment via WebEx. Your issue may be slightly different to the one outlined in the Primus solution.
