question about San Manager Alerts
Hi
I have ECC 6.0 , I got the last Email alert from San Manager 7 days ago, I have configured my "FCC agent port link status change" to send me any Email when any port becomes online to offline or viceversa offline to online.
I stoped the FCC agent, and 5 minutes later I started it in order to fix that.
does any one have any idea about it?
the alert I got is:
port state/status change from ONLINE/ ready to OFFLINE/OFFLINE on SWITCH X port x
port state/status change from OFFLINE/OFFLINE ONLINE /ready to on SWITCH X port x
Best Regards

It might be worth installing 4477 (it's on Powerlink). Thereafter, please open a SR if the issue persists.
I haven't encountered this issue previously.

What version of the FCC Agent is installed? The latest is Patch 4477 (6.0.0.0.624).
The EGN logs would probably need to be looked at by Support if the issue persists.
