Oracle RAC support in Ionix ControlCenter 6.1 Database Agent for Oracle

Hi Guys,

I have a customer running EMC Ionix ControlCenter 6.1 Update Bundle 9 who wants to use StorageScope to monitor their Oracle 10g and 11g databases on Oracle RAC systems running SUSE 10 and 11.

On pages 143 and 144 of the "EMC Ionix ControlCenter 6.1 Support Matrix" document, it states that the Ionix ControlCenter Database Agent for Oracle does NOT support Oracle RAC hosted databases.

I searched PowerLink and couldn't find any updated guidance that states that this is now supported or whether any workarounds may exist?

Is there an update to Ionix ControlCenter 6.1 that enables this or any other methods that can be used to monitor Oracle 10g and 11g databases hosted on Oracle RAC systems?
