Not able to see the wwn in ECC

Begin by checking for faults with the adapter itself or its configuration.

For example, does the command syminq hba -fibre return any Unknown fields values (e.g. model, firmware, etc.), or is the HBA Name incorrect in the output?  Or does the lsattr -El return no value for scsi_id?  If so, run the cfgmgr command on the affected host and check that all the jumpers on the adapter are set correctly.  (see Primus article for emc107603)

If any such problems are eliminated, then to investigate further into your ECC infrastructure, please provide more details such as:

• The ECC version you are running
  
• The make and model of each HBA, and are they the same?
  
• The history of this issue.  Has this occurred before?  When the symptoms emerged any changes made around that time?
