You can use query builder to get data for Celerra backend detail for Clariion and luns. Go to query builder, click Create:

1. Select Storage Devices, NAS Servers under NAS, then Arrays and Luns under Arrays.

2. Select columns you want, for example:

NAS Server Name

NAS Storage Device Name

Array Name

Lun Name

Lun Capacity

3. Add filter if you want

Then save and run the query. This should give you the backend array information for NAS servers and their NAS devices.

The backend array has to be fully discovered by array agent. If you get 0 for all lun capacity, that means your backend array may be discovered by NAS agent, not array agent. You can add Arrays.Agent column in your query to see what agent discovers the array.

If the backend array is Clariion, the Clariion needs to be discovered by 'Storage Agent for Clariion'. Only Clariion agent can discover the lun capacity. Since it is now discovered by NAS agent,  the lun capacity is 0. Please do fully discovery for your Clariion array using Clariion agent.
