KB976098 or KB976098-V2 breaks java time conversion
The KB976098 addresses time zone corrections. I have Windows XP updates enabled on my PC.
The KB976098 failed to be installed as per the windows update history.
I have noticed that the times displayed on the notifications on the Global Console were showing
GMT time insted of localtime.
I searched and found on Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs the KB976098-V2 installed.
Probably was silently installed to correct the install failure of the KB976098 installation.
After I have removed the KB976098-V2 the notification times are showing the locatime again.
The same occurred on another console. A third one, where neither of that updates was installed, did
not shown GMT times. Local time here is BRST, Brazilian Summer Time at present.
