Ionix Discovery of a Block only VNX5300

We are implementing IONIX for a customer and are trying to discover our array.  They wanted a 5300, but stripped all the File components out of it on the order, so it is a block-only system.  We have tried using the IP address of SPA to discover the array, but it fails discovery.  Anybody have any ideas what we need to do to get this into IONIX?  Thanks!
