Infra Customer Portal Issues
Hello, not sure where to post this question, as I can't find a dedicated Infra discussion, please feel free to move as required.
Our company had an infra system built for us with 2 partitions at the time, we have subsequently had to add a 3rd and now 4th partition.
The original 2 partitions have a quirk which we would like to replicate but cannot find how to:
When a call is logged on the portal and a service is required, the first two partitions bypass the service catalog screen and automatically load the service catalog summary screen for the required partition. This allows us to separate services by partition and ensure that officers in one partititon are not shown services which do not apply to them.
We would like to bypass the service catalog screen to ensure that customers do not enter the wrong service type.
Long winded and probably not enough information for you all, but there it is...
