Importing objects from ECC 5.2 SP4 into ECC 6.0

Question

Is there a quick way to import objects i.e. hosts that were created on an ECC 5.2 SP4 Infrastructure, into an ECC 6 infrastructure that was created from scratch (not upgraded) on new hardware and a later version of Windows OS than the original ECC install? Also, the new ECC 6 that I have built is clustered. I suspect we will have to manually re input all our host info (we do not use host agents) but I am just hoping that someone out there has a solution to this. Thanks.

I think the answer is no (based on our recent upgrade experience) but I hope someone can prove me wrong.

I'm not aware of any data fields within ECC that allow for an import option though I've put in enhancement requests asking for export AND import functionality for areas such as DCPs, zoning, etc.
