How to use the Support Assist Backup

Hello there, recently I've accidentally deleted the WOW6432node file from my registry leaving my Windows 10 broken. Since, the system recovery from Windows didn't work. I tried to use the Factory reset from Support Assist from Dell leaving me the back up files I have selected. Now, I have updated the drivers and I want to get the files from the back up. I have no idea how to use the back up files. And the way I've understand the instructions here on the site, it will be a clean install. I have already downloaded the programs and drivers that I need. Is there a way to get just the files from the backup and not have a clean install? The file attached here is a picture of what was in the drive I put my back up in. Please help.
