How To Use API to Report What devices have changed in x Hours

I have an over 120,000 devices.

I want to know which have changed in the last x hours.

I have written an Attribute Query but cannot call it from the Voyence API.

How can I call this Attribute Query report ?

Do I use Report Advisor ? I have the both the Data Service and Voyence API working.
