How to launch Performance Manager via ECC Console?
Hello everybody,
I would like to start Performance Manger from ECC Console. From ECC Server local that has installed Performance Manager it is no problem at all. Also to start Performance Manager from Website is no issue.
What action is required to get that opportunity in ECC Console? Launch-Button under menu file is grayed out at the moment.
Thanks a lot!
Regards,
Chris

I found this in planning guide A15 for ECC 6.0 on page 181:
"Do one of the following to start the application on the host where
Performance Manager is installed:
- From the Start menu ...
- From EMC ControlCenter Console ...
- From the Start menu to work offline... ".
So you have to install it on your workstation.

I think you have to install performance manager on your console pc. But I`m not sure. I`ve done this and starting performance manager manually by start menu not by console launch button.

Thanks for your fast reply.
That means it is required to install the Performance Manager local on my ECC console machine in order to enable the launch button. Okay!
Thank you so much!
