How can we check the UP/DOWN status of a device from the ITPR Database(midwayhas) ?

Please let me know how can we check the UP/DOWN status of a device from the ITPR Database(midwayhas) ?

Actually I am trying to make a dashboard so I am intersted in the Current status of the device.
