How can I enable the storagescope API without the installation media

Hi All,

We have ECC 5.2 installed and in the process of going to 6.1. However, we need to get the Storagescope API up and running now. It seems that during the installation it was not enabled and we cannot connect on the default port for the API.The documentation says that it just needs to be activated and that this is done through the installation media, which doesn't actually install anything but it just activiates the necessary elements.

We cannot locate the origninal installation media, so we are at a bit of a loss about how to activate it. Is there a way to do this manually without the Installation Media?
