Free Space on Remote Symm Not Reporting Correctly

in my environment I have 2 ECC 6.0 servers and 2 DMX 1000
the ECC servers are in separate SAN fabrics and are zoned to separate DMXs

ie.

ECC1 zoned to DMX1
ECC2 zoned to DMX2

the DMXs are connected via SRDF so each ECC server can discover the other DMX

the problem is whenever I do a free space view, the numbers for the remote DMX would be wrong, but it would be correct on the "local" ECC server it would be right

for example:

ECC1 reports the DMX2 has 11TB avaliable mapped
ECC2 will show that DMX2 has only 11GB avaliable mapped, which is correct

anyone else experience this problem?
