Flr Archiver Agent Inactive but not installed?

There is an FLR Archiver agent showing as Inactive in ECC Agent view. I just started here and they claim they don't even have that agent. I am unable to delete it as it doesn't show as a choice on deinstall agents drop down on that infrastructure host. Any ideas?

The FLR Archiver agent is installed as part of the StorageScope installation. It is managed by the Master Agent running on the StorageScope infrastructure server.

If the FLR Archiver is showing as Inactive in the ECC Agent view, then it is most likely not running which is OK if there are no FLR policies enabled (which requires an FLR license). Although you cannot stop the FLR Archiver through the Agent View, you may be able to start it remotely. By default, the Master Agent is configured to automatically start the FLR archiver.

Well I saw that the host agent on that server was active but showed as a startable agent when selecting that host...restarted the master agent, disabled some default FLR policies, then restarted the Host agent and the FLR agent went active...we will watch it..
