filesystem %age free alert decimal places is set to 5 by default
ECC 5.2 SP2
can anyone point me in the right place to change the default decimal places.
my filesystem %age free alerts default to 5 decimal places and is causing headaches when texting the UNIX support team.
I have set the before and after to 5 but this only increases the delay in alerting.
e.g.
I sent out these 3 alerts, if the decimal place was set to 1 then only one would have been sent as it would have been rounded up / down and I can remove the before and after settings
Alert: File System /var on xxxxx.com is at 4.897327% free.
Alert: File System /var on xxxxx.com is at 4.877451% free.
Alert: File System /var on xxxxx.com is at 4.861577% free.
any help / advice is appreciated
kind regards
