EMC Ionix for Data Center Automation and Compliance. (aka voyence)

Getting errors on Physical Hardware pulls on 6509 chassis.  This in turn is not allowing me to use queries to find modules such as 6148's. The description under hardware elements in a querie is blank but the correct SN for the module is there.  See below for the error output from secedule manager....
