ECC Questions?
Can anyone please guide me on following
1)Procedure for gathering the EGN log from ECC V 5.2.0.4.0
2)How to determine the version of Connectrix Manager that running?
3)How to determine the version of Fibrezone Bridge that is running?
Regards

You will then need to access this server either directly from the console, via remote terminal/VNC, or file shares.
1) Find the EGN directory which by default would be located under c:\ecc\exec\EGN520 or something similar depending on your version (we have an EGN600 directory running at ECC 6.0. The EGN.log and EGN_Err.log are the main ones of interest in that location though you'll notice that there are a bunch of _B1.log.gz versions of these files so depending on nature/length of your issue you may want to grab some of these.
2) The only easy way to do this is connect to your Service Processor and start the Connectrix Manager GUI. You can also tell under Control Panel => Add or Remove Programs and find Connectrixy Manager.
3) Once again access your Service Processor for your switches and find the location where this was installed. Go into that directory (default is C:\Program Files\EMC\FibreZoneBridge) and view the install log to see the version.
If you don't have access to the Service Processor ask your friendly CE to answer 2 and 3 for you. You could also call SAC and have them get those answers for you assuming your switches/SP are setup for dial home support.
Hope this helps and sorry it is not a simple answer.
