ECC is not getting updated
Hi,
I am using ECC 6.0 for storage provisioning and zoning . Ecc is not getting updated with the latest information.. i.e as soon as i do mapping , masking , zoning.. i am not abel to see those changes in ECC . It is taking a day to get updated. Sometimes i am unmapping and unmasking luns from ECC. some luns are not being unmapped and Symmaskdb -sid XXXX list assignments -dev XX show that they r still masked even though i unmask them.. if anyone can help me in solving this issue..it will be a great help for me

The first thing that needs to be done here is to ensure that ControlCenter 6.0 is patched to the latest agent revisions. Java (Console/Server/Store), Storage Agent for Symmetrix, SDM Agent and FCC Agent would be the applicable ones in terms of the issues you are seeing. Console update issues have been patched a few times during the lifetime of ControlCenter 6.1 thus far.
Powerlink > Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads C > ControlCenter v 6.x.
Failing that, I strongly recommend that you open a Service Request as this issue would then need to be further investigated via logs by a Support Engineer.
