ECC failed to detect / alert DMX Power Supply Failure
Apparently our DMX needs a Power Supply replaced. One showed up on the loading dock yesterday. The CE just called me.
ECC doesn't show any alerts at all. Do I not have something set right? What do I do to fix this....?

Beyond just checking that these alerts are enabled, you will probably want to dig into the details of the related alerts. You want to make sure there is no special Management policy set on them to keep them from appearing in your console, and you will also want to check the Conditions to make sure they are configured to send to Alerts.
I would start by looking at the AC Line problem alert, as that is where I normally see indications of power problems first.
