ECC and multiple gatekeepers

Hello,

i am running ECC inside of a virtual machine, there are 6 dedicated gatekeepers presented to this VM. It appears that all syscalls are going to just one gatekeeper, they are not evenly spread among all six. All gatekeepers have been defined with symgate command. Because all syscalls are going to just one gatekeeper it's putting extra load on one of the FAs and actually impact performance of other nodes using that FA. Any idea how to force ECC/symcli to spread syscalls to multiple gatekeepers ?

I am running ESXi 4.1, no PowerPath/VE, DMX4

Thanks

this VM is is running ECC server (db and repo) as well as the symm agent.  Symm that are connected via SRDF are managed by the local symm agent on remote host. We tried to use symavoid to where local host would not even see the remote box and that did not reduce the number of syscalls.

ECC - 6.1 Bundle 11

symcli - 7.3.0.1

default options during installation of SE, one symm agent is managing 4 arrays ( 2 vmax, DMX3 and DMX4). There are 6 dedicated gatekeepers from each array. Gatekeepers are zoned to multiple FAs but that really does not mean anything because on ESX we are using Fixed policy so not to multipath gatekeepers. We are not using Veritas. Other then moving gatekeepers to another set of FAs none of those solutions apply.
