ECC 6.0 to 6.1 upgrade
I'm in the middle of an upgrade from 6.0 to 6.1 and the wizard has been backing up the ControlCenter database for a few hours now. Is it broken or am I too impatient?

The oracle.exe process in Task Manager should always have CPU greater than 0 during the database upgrade. If it's at 0, then it has probably hung and you will need to open a SR with Support.
