ECC 6.0 Alerting Issue

We have File level reporting alert set to run every 15 minutes against a set number of servers. It alerts if file level is below certain percentage. Suddenly it will alert at say 9am for 9 servers which is accurate..then at 09:15 only 5 servers alert even thought the space on the servers hasn;t changed...at 09:30am 4 servers might alert and then at 09:45 all 9 will be back??? we upgraded the host agents from .567 to .678 levels with same issue.....

actually it seems that if we clear alerts for all users then the next interval comes out..if we don't it is unpredictable. Issue is nobody is clearing alerts after hours. Is there a better way to handle this?

Are you absolutely certain that the space isn't fluctuating during that period (even by small amounts)? Maybe the timing of people adding and removing individual files is making the difference.
