Clariions stopping WLA collections

You need to upgrade the Clariion agent to 6.0.0.0.350 and the WLA archiver agent to 6.0.0.0.342 and ECC to be upgraded to 6.0.0.0.357. Once you do that if you do not see any progress, than you need to verify the compatilbility of NAVICLI, FLARE and SYCMLI.

Can those be downloaded in Powerlink and if so where?

When attempting the WLA patch 4204 it says Errors Encountered The Install will now abort...cannot tell what the error was...tried updating solutions enabler on these host to v6.4 but same thing...this is happening on WLA/Perf mgr host asking for part one of the patch...did not try part two on the ECC service host.

I would suggest to check the diskqueue/SST folder under /ECC/Exec/MGL520. The agent may still have old information which is queued up and is trying to send it to the WLA Archiver.

Follow these steps:

1.) Stop the WLA agent and also other subsgents
2.) Delete the queue files on the agent servers
3.) On the WLA Archiver agent server delete the \lastsession.dat file.
4.) Restart WLA Archiver agent and other subagents

Note: If you perform these steps then all queued data will be lost.

we are 6.0....I checked the diskqueues for every folder in ecc/exec...all have SST files of 0kb...there is no MGL600 folder...the only one not the same was MNR600 that did not have a SST file in the folder...I stopped the WLA agent and deleted the lastsession.dat file and restarted the agent.

this only seems to be an issue with Clariion
