XPS L502X, control bar off. What to do?

Hi, I have an old XPS L502x and now the control bar doesn't work...
The power button ok, the battery light ok, the rest doesn't light up and doesn't
Can someone help me?

The problem was addressed on another forum (non-Dell).
At first there was a doubt about the "Control bar", as the Americans call it "Control strip", which are WiFi monitoring LEDs, battery and 3 custom buttons, all in the same line as the power button on the housing.
The recommendation was to reinstall the Intel chipset drivers and then the "Quickset".
the procedure was done and everything started working again, however if a reset or shutdown is done, the 2 button settings are lost and they only come back calling the "Quickset" again.
