What model PERC H710 for my Dell T7600 upgrade?

Hi Everyone, I own a Dell T5600 workstation that I used predominately for Photoshop. I have had the unit since about 2014. My goal is to increase the read/write speeds of my storage as its not much better than a single good SSD these days but I am pretty sure it could be configured better. I a currently running a Dell Perc H310. There is a single SSD drive running the OS and three spinning hard drives setup in RAID 0 giving me 1.3 TB of space. What I would like to do is swap out the H310 for a H710 with four SSD drives in RAID 10. This one drive will be the only disk on the system. My problem is that there seem to be so many versions of the Dell Perc H710 that I am confused as to which one will work on my system. Also if I upgrade to the H710 will I be able to use the latest SSD drives for example the Samsung EVOs? Or will I be forced to find older SSD drivers? Apologies for my naivety but its been years since I have worked on computers:

Below is my current setup:

Dell T5600 Bios A19 running Windows 10 Pro
32GB RAM, but in the process of upgrading to 64GB
2 x XEON E5-2687W processors
Perc H310 RAID controller (1 SSD in RAID 0 (BOOT) + 3x500GB Hard Drives in RAID 0)
Nvidia Quadro 4000 Video Card
STX Essence Sound Card
Firewire Card
EIZO CG275W Monitor

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
