WB7022 - Works Once then Locked Out

Hi,
The following issue has been driving me mad for a few months now. WB7022 can be used once and then must be unplugged and plugged back in before being usable again during any single session. (Unless the system is power cycled)

Scenario;

Turn system on. Camera works. (Teams/Zoom call, Windows Hello etc). No issues.

Second attempt to use the camera during the same session, such as Windows Hello to unlock or second teams/Zoom call; Camera reports as in use by another application (Even though the other applications are not using the camera, and are closed).

Unplug camera, wait few seconds, plug back in – works.

Solutions attempted so far;
Full uninstall of DDPM, via RevoUninstaller.
Different USB Ports, including 2.0, 3.0, and 3.2
Run Webcam with & without DPPM installed
Dell Command Update: No updates / All available updates applied
Dell Support Assistant: No Updates / All available updates applied

System Spec
DDPM: v2.1.2.12 (Driver version: N/A)
OptiPlex XE4 Series (Bios: 1.34.1)
W11 Pro 25H2 (Same issue on 24H2)

Does anyone have any advice? I've even had to resort to ChatGPT, and still nothing!
