VDR1116 Disk 5 is Remove ,Check Disk

Hi Guy

I am  with Dell Product, I Have Dell PowerEdge R720 , Set up Raid Controller RAID 1 with 2 HD , with 1 Backup Hots pare now two of disk has one disk fail now i shutdown the server and plug new hardisk , after start server , backup hot spare disk became a raid disk has been broken , i put new hardisk and make it as a Hot spar , Now all disk is working normal online ,But  Alert Message VDR1116 disk 5 Remove , Please Check , Any Body has Experience like this please shared , So i need to delete RAID or something ?
