USB Mouse Stopped Working Overnight

I went to bed & left autoclicker on; everything was working fine. Once I wake up, I notice my mouse isn't working, so I thought my laptop maybe froze. I decided to reset my laptop and it still didn't work. I tried 3 different mice in different ports & nothing worked. I also tried the mouse on a different laptop & it worked on that one, but not mine. This laptop is a windows 10 & I've had it for a couple years, but never had anything like this happen.
