USB does not read Apple TV

I don't know why USB port doesn't recognise Apple TV when I plug in to restore it via iTune, but it reads my smart phone or other divices. Please help me solve this problem. Thanks a lot. Hien

I assume you have an Apple TV connected to your PC via micro USB, correct? Has it worked in the past?

Yes, I have an Apple TV connected to my PC via micro USB and it worked in the past. I don't know why it doesn't work this time. I've tried various methods, e.g unplug power point, restart PC, uninstall USB drivers and reinstall them, uninstall iTune and reinstall latest version, but still not working.

When it's plugged in, do you see an error in device manager?

I have checked Device Manager/Extend USB Controllers but no error found.

To make sue I do it right, I've uninstalled each USB and reinstall it. I've also checked all USB properties and all shows "device working properly". So strange!!! Why it works with other devices, but not Apple TV? Only solution that I can think of that is to reset PC to factory default setting, but I have to reinstall all previous programs. Big job!
