TSSTcorp DVD+-RW SH-216DB will not write to blank CD
I can open a CD that has photos, but when I put a blank CD in, it does not recognize it. Updated Windows 10 automatically and Device Manager says device is working properly and driver is current. I have a Dell Inspiron 660.
