TB16 stopped working on Windows 10

Hello, My TB16 stopped working under Windows 10, by stopped working I mean ethernet connection is not detected and usb storages also. The device works, I can use it under my other OS (linux) without any problem. Windows is stil recognizing it as connected, I can see that it in the thunderbolt window. Last time it was working I did an optional update with the Dell Command Update, I think it was directed toward the dock so that might be the cause of the problem... Thank you
