Start up problem.
I have a latitude E 6510. I used windows10 some days in this. It slow the laptop. So I installed windows7 from cd. But after installation, my laptop is not starting. When I switch on, it shows DELL logo and after that a blank/black screen. It doesn't show windows starting screen, so laptop is not starting. I installed winfows again and again. Same prbolem is showing. So I cant open my laptop. Help needed

Thank you for writing to the Dell Community Forum.
Please run the diagnostics on the system (To initiate, power on the system while holding down the Fn key), let us know if there is any error message. As you have reinstalled the operating system, does the installation complete or does it stop with an error? If the installation is complete, can you please test the system in safe mode. Also request you to please disconnect all peripherals connected to the system. Can you please check the USB ports, if there are any pins bent.
