I already bought inspiron 15 gtx1050ti w/ 4gb. But it has only 256gb ssd

Is it possible that i can install another hdd maybe 1 or 2 tera?  Without removing ssd

What are my options.

And if possible, what is the dimension of hdd that should i buy?does other hdd brand works.? Can i install it by myself at home.

Thankyou.

Are you referring to the Inspiron 15-7567 laptop?

Can i install a new internal hard drive (hdd)? While not removing the 256gb (ssd)?

It states in the intel@rapid storage tenchnology that i have SATA SSD and an internal empty port 1.

Thankyou.

Sounds like your SSD is a 2.5" drive, meaning you can add an M.2 card drive without removing that SSD, but the system won't take two 2.5" drives -- if you want both a large capacity 2.5" hard drive AND the SSD, you'll need to replace the SSD with an M.2 drive and install the 2.5" hard drive in place of the 2.5" SSD you have now.

I check the system and the ssd i have is an. Sandisk x400 m.2 2280 256gb.

I open up my laptop and saw an empty space states for HDD.  Are all hdd have same interposer? What should i buy SATA or ATA HDD with an rpm of 5400? Is it compatible for other brand of hdd and rpm?

Any 2.5" 7 mm SATA drive will work. The cable is proprietary - you will need to contact Dell Spare Parts to order that.
