SATA III SSD into a SATA II desktop
WOW! this small (60Gb) SSD cut my boot time (Opti 380) from approx. 40 sec. in half! I'm using Win 7 ult. 64 bit. It took all of 5 min. to install. Best $33.00 I ever spent on this unit. I am using Intel E8500 cpu and 8 Gb of SDRAM.
