SATA Disk failure issue in Dell Inspiron
Dear Support Team,
I have purchased one Dell Inspiron 5570 in year 2019. And i use this laptop only in weekends for personal use, Since i have my company laptop to do office work. From last one month i was facing slowness issue here. e.g: When click on any folder to open, It takes more than 15 seconds then it responds, This type of issue i am facing almost all the files and if i type something in document then it keeps stuck and shows status not responding and again after 15 seconds respond.
When i googled this issue then get to know like if SSD is failed there, Then user face above issue.
To verify this issue i opened Intel Rapid Storage and found like SATA Disk is showing with some warning.
I have attached image for the same.See this screen shot
But once i click on manage tab There was a link provided, I just click on the link and found like Warning image is removed from SATA HDD.
Like in below screen shot
See 2nd screen shot
But this did not resolve the slowness issue. I have verified the disk inside Device Manager and found no issue there.
Below is the screen shot for the same.
But slowness issue is there for each 2 minute it will not respond for 15 seconds.
I need to know, Why i am facing this type of issue, And how could be fix it.
Service tag is:
Kindly help.
