Replacing DVD iin Optiplex 7010
Dell was good enoough to provide me a replacement DVD drive when the one in my refurbished Optiplex didn't work. I'm trying to install the new drive, and I can't figure out how to get the old drive out of the plastic housing. There is an obscure sketch on the side of the device, but it is indecipherable.
Can someone please tell me, as if I were a child (;^)) how to get the old drive out and the new one in without breaking the plastic housing.

@JSSinWNC I assume that you have the SFF model. If so, look on page 12 of the owners manual.
