Replacement motherboard

My two year old Inspiron 3881 Core i3 is refusing to power up /recognise the HDD and having exhausted all other options I am resolved to replace the motherboard.

Is it possible to acquire a Dell original motherboad replacement to suit the Core i3, and if not, what should I be looking out for in a third party replacement?
