(redirected) Physical disk failed-what next?

One of our R710's has a drive being reported as 'failed'-is there anything that has to be done before swapping it? Here's a brief summary of our configuration:

  • PERC 6/i controller
  • Drives configured in a RAID 5 with hot spare-hot spare was put in place over the weekend.
  • Firmware version-6.2.0-0013
  • Driver version-4.05.01.64
  • Storport Driver Version-6.1.7601.17577

This is a production server, so whatever needs to be done can't be disruptive, or I'll have to wait until COB.
