(redirected) Alienware 18 Clicking Noise

I bought my alienware about 5 months ago and I noticed that there was a clicking noise inside it on the bottom left side. After a while I found out that this noise only happens when I'm downloading something so I'm sure it is the HDD. After doing some research, I found this article from dell that provided a firmware update that minimizes the clicking noise but it was only for seagate hard drives. And mine is a Toshiba MQ01ABD100. I'm hoping that there is a similar thing but for Toshiba hard drives. I wish a dell representative can see this and provide some assistance in this issue.
